One of the things I love about Facebook is that almost everyone uses it, which makes it an ideal medium to use as means of working with other people. Students typically use the Messenger app or create an FB page to plan or discuss group projects because of this. That’s why when Facebook Workplace was announced last October 2016, seemed like a natural move.
According to Engadget, Facebook intends to create a free version of Facebook Workplace. Which means, all of its features, including the automated chatbot that can be set to remind tasks aas well as a multitude of other collaboration features can be used for free. This is good news for college students and organizations that uses Facebook primarily to coordinate work.
